The Association of Managers organizes an annual forum, which aims to involve employees of different levels of the company and hold panel meetings.
Each year, different topics are highlighted, within which the relevant speakers are presented and the topics are presented.
Expected Results
The aim of the forum is to identify the problems in Georgia and find ways to solve them, after which the represented companies agree on a joint action plan.
As a result:
