The main purpose of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee is to supervise the observance and observance of the norms of professional ethics by the members of the Association;

The goals and objectives of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee are: a) to develop documents, projects and programs for the practical application of the Code of Ethics for Professional Managers to inform the members of the Association and prevent violations; B) Timely, objective review of complaints (appeals, statements) submitted by board members on violations of the Code of Ethics of Professional Managers and appropriate disciplinary measures.
