Eto has 14+ years of work experience in conducting training and managing the organization. He started his career in the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs in 2007, then continued as a project manager at the Georgian Young Economists Association, and in 2010 founded the National Training Center and is still actively implementing innovative projects with his team.

Eto is a graduate of Akaki Tsereteli State University and specializes in international relations by profession, as well as English and Russian, computer skills and management. Holds numerous international certificates.
