Presentation of the Certification Program for Managers
On June 11, at the initiative of the members of the Board of the Association of Managers, a meeting of the Association was held in the conference hall of the Biltmouth Hotel. The Board of the Association of Managers met with business leaders and managers operating in Georgia. Managers from tourism, finance, agriculture, medicine, education and other fields were present at the meeting.
The chairmen of the committee of the Association of Managers shared the future plans of the Association with the attending public. An interesting discussion took place with the members, and new ideas and initiatives were voiced by them.
The Association of Managers has introduced a program for the certification of managers and the management audit certification. Qualified managers involved in the certification program and successful specialists in management skills expressed their support to the Board of the Association by sharing their many years of management experience, and also agreed on future cooperation. The doors of the association are open to interested individuals and companies as well.
The goal of all these projects is to improve the professional and managerial skills of managers working in Georgia, so that they can perform their duties more highly qualified.
As a result
As a result of the project implementation:
- The activities of the association are aimed at the professional development of managers at different levels, and which also includes granting the status of a certified manager to the graduates of the Academy of Managers.
- Various professional development projects were also discussed at the meeting. These include a variety of trainings, meetings, seminars or online courses in areas important to management.
- The goal of all these projects is to improve the professional and managerial skills of managers working in Georgia, so that they can perform their duties more highly qualified.
